Our on-site warehouse allows us to pack and ship your order quickly, usually on the same day it is received. Shipping time, methods and costs vary depending on your location. Please ask one of our friendly representatives if you need more information regarding shipping your order.

We ship our high-quality products worldwide. DHL / FedEx is our carrier of choice for international transactions.

Domestic Shipping

For all Domestic shipping local courier service will be used.

International Shipping

For international addresses, we use DHL / FedEx worldwide shipping.

International orders may require customs, import and export taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping times may also be affected by customs delays.

Incomplete or Incorrect Shipping Address

If, after placing your order, you discover that you entered an incorrect address, simply call or email us to make the changes. As long as your order has not shipped, we can correct this for free. If, after your order has shipped, you need to correct the address, please contact IDsouq.com to coordinate these changes.

Delivery Time Frame 

Standard delivery time frame is 2-3 days. Orders for stock items received Sunday through Thursday prior to 3PM UAE time will generally be shipped out within 2 working days from they are received. Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Custom, special, and out of stock items will be shipped as soon as practicable. (Standard lead time: 2-3 weeks)
